NEW VENUE: Frisby Lakes joins the NOWCA network!

We are proud to welcome another venue to our network of 40+ safe open water locations.

Located near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire, Frisby Lakes is an award winning holiday park, popular fishing destination and a well known open water venue set within a spacious and scenic lakeside environment.

Frisby Lakes – New NOWCA Open Water Swimming Venue
Frisby Lakes is joining NOWCA to offer structured, safe and accessible open water swimming. The lake is already familiar to the local open water swim and triathlon community, making it an excellent addition to the NOWCA venue network.

This family-run venue, set in 100 acres of beautiful parkland in the heart of the English countryside, will offer 350m and 500m swim loops with walk-in entry to the lake.

All sessions will be fully lifeguarded, giving swimmers confidence and reassurance every time they enter the water, whether they are new to open water or regular, year-round swimmers.

Facilities at the venue include free onsite parking, toilets and changing rooms, along with an onsite café serving hot and cold drinks and delicious food.
