NOWCA x Level Water Partnership to Support Inclusivity
We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Level Water who aims to kickstart a love of swimming in children with disabilities.
From physical development to social and emotional confidence, swimming is a vehicle to change their lives for the better. Fundraising for Level Water will help provide 1-to-1 swimming lessons for children with disabilities across the UK – giving every child the chance to learn, thrive, and enjoy the water.
Level Water believes that every child with any disability should be able to access suitably-adapted swimming lessons with a confident and expert teacher, for a fair price, at their local pool, at any time. Through talking with the children and families they support, over 65% stated that before Level Water, their child’s access to suitable swimming lessons was insufficient and almost 50% did not previously engage in regular physical activity. From physical development to social and emotional confidence, they give children with disabilities across the UK the opportunity to learn to swim as a vehicle to change their lives for the better.
