About OceanYarn

Delivery
- A standard £5 delivery fee is added to orders.
- We aim to dispatch and deliver items within 10 days.
- This can take longer during busy times.
- If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact us by raising a ticket online at our website: https://nowca-help.freshdesk.com/support/home
Returns
- We only offer refunds for faulty goods. This means there is no refund if you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong size, colour, style, etc.
- We make every effort possible to deliver fault free goods to you, however sometimes mistakes may happen. If you receive goods that are faulty, we are happy to refund them but you must first contact us, before sending any products back for refund. Products received without contacting us first will not be processed for a return/refund.
- If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manufacturing fault), the goods may be returned for a refund. In all queries relating to faulty goods we require customers provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse and we do not offer returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size, colour, style, etc..
- We do not offer exchanges on our products.
- We cannot refund postage on returns.
- The purchaser must arrange and pay for the delivery cost of the products’ return.
- All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging with the tags on, and the return will need to be requested by the original purchaser.
- When returning goods, for your protection we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting receipt from your Post Office. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. Please keep your tracking number for reference until you have received an email confirmation from us for your refund. If we do not receive your returns and you do not have proof of postage, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.
- We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receiving your item, but in particularly busy periods this can take longer.
- Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
