NOWCA Update

If your NOWCA venue is open for winter swims and you don’t yet have a NOWCA safety wristband – please collect it at your venue.
Your membership will be processed manually and updated in the New Year once we relaunch our new system.

Exciting times ahead for the NOWCA swimming community!

We hope you’ve had a great 2017 open water swimming season! It’s been wonderful welcoming so many new – and old – swimmers into the open water this year, even if we have had one of the wettest summers in years!

Based on all the feedback we’ve received from our loyal customers, we are investing hugely into developing the software for our safety management system. This means we have taken the decision to make use of the winter down-time to carry out these new and exciting updates. Therefore, the NOWCA system will be off-line from the beginning of December until the end of January. So, while you are tucked up in the warm, our development team will be working really hard so you can enjoy the improved system at your first swim of 2018.

Our website will still be available to view, however you won’t be able to log into your account or renew your membership. But please don’t worry, we’ll let you know when everything is back on line and, rest assured, normal service will be resumed in plenty of time for 2018 swim season.

Once the developments have been completed, we’ll be in touch early in the New Year with a full update.
